Refer an Unclaimed Estate

Each year in the UK hundreds of unclaimed estates are left behind without a relative known or a will existing in their estate.

In order to save time in finding the rightful heir to an estate, we invite friends and distant relatives to refer an unclaimed estate to us.

Our team have seen cases where friends of a deceased know a relative exists, they just have no contact information for them. This can include children or grandchildren that have moved away and lost touch with the estate owner.

_{You Should Only Refer an Unclaimed Estate If:}

• The person didn’t leave a will
• There are no known or traced blood relatives
• The person left more funds than debt – otherwise, the estate is ‘insolvent’
